The tiles were not wrapped individually and out of 20 ordered, more than half were completely broken.....I really needed these tiles to complete a job that I am working on but am unable to use them at all....DO NOT ORDER

I ordered these tiles twice! The first time I received the tiles, half of them were broken as you can see in the first picture. I was so disappointed but I loved them so much I decided just to ask for a replacement. The second order as you can see on the second picture, ALL OF THE TILES WERE BROKEN!! I was so upset especially because they are very bright and beautiful!! Then I had to deal with the returning of the tiles and spend my time and money refunding! I recommend the company puts fragile stickers on there boxes, that might help! Although in the first order the package was not damaged and in the second order it was. Not sure what happened!
