I purchased this Type C Digital AV Adapter for my wife who's creating family photo albums using her iPad and Walgreens online Photo book program. For this project she wanted to use her iPad Air (5th gen) to run the photo book program while accessing the photos in her Photo library. The iPad shares the photos created or stored on her iPhone, so photos taken with the camera or downloaded from emails or social networks are readily available. Plugging in pictures from the library is easy however, the preview thumb nails of the photographs on the iPad are displayed super small - it's only a 10-inch screen. So, it's difficult to see the subject matter and impossible to see if they are in focus or blurry. And it's also hard to see if you are downloading copies of the same image. The solution was connecting the iPad to a larger 24" computer monitor so that the images would be projected much larger. The Type C Digital AV Adapter allowed me to connect the iPad to the monitor using a standard HDMI cable.Note: the adapter also features a USB-C input port next to the HDMI port. This port can be used to connect a charger cord to the iPad through the adaptor. With the iPad turned on I connected the Digital AV adaptor to the USB-C charging port. Then I connected the HDMI cable from the monitor to the Digital AV adaptor. I also had to select the signal source on the monitor to HDMI. At this point the screen on the iPad was duplicated on the monitor.Using the iPad, we then accessed our Walgreen photo book account and started creating the family album. The complete photo book pages open big and clear with the images from the photo library displayed on the bar below the page. I would say the previewed images were at least twice as big as before - much easier to see and work with. The Type C Digital AV Adapter is a great little product that is simple to use and reasonably priced. It lets you view nearly any image shown on your iPad or compatible iPhone on a larger monitor screen. It has many applications but for me it works perfect for providing larger, clearer images of pictures stored in our iPad photo library. This makes reviewing and choosing images for our Photo book easier and more accurate. Its a great help and a real time saver. If you want or need to see screen images from your iPhone or iPad, in a larger size, as long as it has a USB-C charging port you should be able to using this adapter and a compatible monitor. Its a great accessory that I would recommend.

We just upgraded our iPads to the new non lightning powered USB-C version, and we will be upgrading ort iPhones as well soon. For many years we were using lightning cords for the older iPad/iPhone systems. We used the older HDMI adapter for years watching stuff from our iPad/iPhones on our TV's with the lightning cords but they were very pricey when we purchased them, but they worked well. The current iPad OEM USB-C one is $70, so we decided to try this version first before spending that kind of money for a simple cord connector. This one works exactly like the Apple OEM ones, for a fraction of the cost. The streaming from iPad to Tv is as seamless as we were always used to.This is a no brainer, if you need this connector adapter, try this one first!

Here are my thoughts on this USB-C to HDMI adapter for my M4 iPad Pro.The packaging was excellent. The item was packaged in a nice bag and arrived in good condition, as expected. The quality of this adapter is impressive, especially considering its price. Compared to Apple’s first-party adapter, I would highly recommend this one because it’s significantly cheaper and performs just as well. The adapter has a USB-C power pass-through and an HDMI output. For those curious, the USB-C input only supports power, not data.I was able to use this adapter with my M4 iPad Pro and it worked flawlessly for extending the display from my iPad.In conclusion, I highly recommend this adapter to anyone looking for an adapter for their iPad or iPhone. It perfectly meets my needs!

I ordered this MFI certified usb c to hdmi cable with extra usb c port for charging my iphone 16. It worked perfectly once I turned off Airplay and watched a movie on Apple TV. It was a great value compared to Apple's version.

This USB-C to HDMI adapter’s a straight shooter—plugs my iPhone 16 Pro into the TV or projector and pumps out 4K video like it’s no big deal. MFi certified, so no weird errors or lag, just syncs up smooth and shows my screen big-time—movies, pics, whatever I throw at it. The cable’s solid, not flimsy, and it’s been a breeze mirroring to my monitor for work or chilling with Netflix. Does exactly what it says on the tin—no flashy extras, just works. Only tiny catch is it can get a smidge warm after a long stretch—nothing wild, though. For the price, it’s a reliable pick that’s made my phone-to-TV life dead simple!Rating: 🌟🌟🌟🌟✨ (4.5 stars—delivers clean with a small glow!)

It works as it should, I was able to connect my phone to my TV using an HDMI cable in a couple seconds. There is maybe a second of delay between my phone screen and what’s on the TV, but that doesn’t bother at all.
