Love this visor!. It’s a perfect size brim, and I love the black rim that doesn’t show how your makeup comes off your forehead onto the visor.

I have purchased three of these visors and really recommend them. They stay on without pinching your head, I love the deep brim and they hold up well. I use one during water aerobics (second year) and it looks just fine. I definitely recommend.

I bought this visor and it does great at keeping the sun off of my face while not messing up my hair. However, I did feel pressure on my head (temples) as I put it on.

It may not be as "cool" as a visor BUT it protects me the way I want to be protected by the sun.

I hike in the Southern California mountains and like a clip on visor as it keeps my face shaded but lets heat escape through the open top. I am used to wearing a visor without an elastic band (which I find hotter) so perhaps I am more tolerant of the slight pressure around my head. If the area gets a bit tight on the ends after several hours, I just reposition it a bit. I wear it all day on Saturdays and several hours every evening when walking or hiking. (I do not have a large head so this might not be as comfortable for those who do.) The brim is longer than the one I wore before. This covers more of my face and shades my eyes well. Because it is straw, there are one or two small spots where a bit of sun comes through but I rarely notice. I was looking for something that looked nice but was functional. This fits the "bill" for me. The slightly cushioned black material over the plastic clip area is comfortable and will absorb perspiration. The visor looks nice, fits me nicely, and keeps my eyes and nose shaded. My friend said, "Love that new visor. You look like you could be elegantly sitting at poolside but it also looks great on you while hiking."

I purchased this visor because it looked really nice. But, buyer beware. Don't be like me and wait until it's too late to return it. When I got the visor I didn't put it on immediately. I recommend you do. When I finally did use it, I couldn't wear it because it was made crooked. The visor was attached wrong to the band and blocked my left eye. Maybe this was just a one time happening and someone else who purchased it had no problem. But this was my experience. I won't buy another. I'll quit being lazy and go to the store and try it on in person before I buy.
