Great tires for my 2009 GS1200, over 15000 miles, on front & 10,000 miles on rear tire, tested mostly on pavement roads, even in the rain, compact dirt ok but not so good in soft/ sandy roads,

I was pleasantly surprised to find a dual sport tire that handled as well as any steet only radial I've tried. I've only taken them out on easy dirt roads and they work fine there as well. I got a little over 10,000 miles on the previous pair, mostly doing touring with a full load though not at high speeds. This experience comes from a Moto Guzzi v85 TT.

I had these installed by my local BMW Motorcycle Dealership Service department and they have double checked the installation. Yet these tires seem to lose "air" fairly quickly. I have two other bikes (Harley and Kawasaki), one that had new tires installed "by the local dealership service center" at the same time. The other bike still has the original tires and neither of them require as much tire maintenance.

Installed these on a R1200 GS and have been very happy with them so far. I ride mostly on highways but I live off a very steep and windy dirt/gravel road and the traction is a little better than the Avon TrailRider tires I replaced. I got about 6,000 miles on the rear Avon, the front still had a ways to go before needing replacing but I opted to give these a shot and I'm happy with them so far after about 800 miles on damp road, dry road and gravel road conditions.

Much better on the street than off. I might look at different front tire next time. The rear tire of this model is a winner though. I might try the Wild on the front next time.
