Your cart is empty.This is the small harness that connects the optispark to the main engine harness on the LT1 engine. This is a new replacement for you old harness. Chances are if you are going to replace your optispark the tab that holds your old harness in will break off. This is also needed if you are converting to the vented optispark. 24” Optispark connector harness for 95-97 LT1 applications.

Great harness plugs. The car never has run as good as it does now. Connecting the long narrow male plug into the Opti-Spark female plug was a challenge since the female plug of the optispark is located deep behind the water pump and my fingers could not reach it. So I had to remove the big water hose from its path, and had to fabricate a piece of wood with a V on its end to help me push the male plug deep behind the water pump and deeply until the clip on the male plug locked in place on the female plug. Then I connected the other plug to that on the engine, and I was finished. I cranked up the car and it purred like a kitten. With this connection deeply seated, the OBD1 computer never again showed the two Opti-spark codes, 16 and 36, which had been my issues for many months.
