Fun to look at things. Not as magnifying as I thought it would be tho. It is also kind of difficult to get it to focus. Probably wouldn’t purchase again

This is a solid student-level microscope that’s perfect for homeschoolers, curious kids, or hobbyists just starting out. It’s definitely not a professional lab tool, but it’s more than enough for exploring pond water creatures, checking out plant cells, and learning the basics of microscopy.It comes with everything you need to get started – three objective lenses and three eyepieces for different magnification levels, a few prepared slides, blank slides with cover slips, and a bunch of handy tools like simple pipettes, a tiny knife, and tweezers. There’s even a phone adapter so you can capture photos or videos of your discoveries, and it includes a short USB cable and plug adapter.The build is surprisingly sturdy, and I like the rotating filter turret and the adjustable LED lights above and below the stage. Just a heads up – there are lots of small parts, so be extra cautious if you have young kids around. The cover slips in particular are easy to drop (and definitely not something you want to step on barefoot!).My only real complaint is the storage. The included tool case is really tight and hard to close again once you've used a tool and returned it to the case. We transferred them to a larger plastic food container. Also, there’s no dedicated case for the microscope and accessories. We ended up keeping the original foam and box to store everything safely.Bottom line: This is a great value for the price and a fun way to spark curiosity about the microscopic world. Just don’t expect to see DNA or viruses – but you will be amazed by what’s floating around in pond water!

I was hesitant on this, my son is 13 and he had a lab in school with microscopes and wanted one. I liked this one has the option to put the phone on and as you can see, it takes pretty good pictures (these slides were bought separately). It’s easy set up, awesome case, and a lot of accessories. Great educational value, great for the price, and really great for kids.

Very frustrating experience. The microscope came with setup instructions, but they were possibly beyond my understanding, making it extremely difficult to get the device operational. The setup process was overly complicated, with multiple steps that felt unclear and unnecessarily challenging.Even after spending hours carefully following the instructions, I still couldn’t get it to work. This was a major disappointment.

I can see everything very cleary.The only thing I was disappointed in is I read that a person that bought one could see a amoeba and I couldn't see any.Its great for a younger person around 10 or 12 but not for adults in my opinion.
