Very easy to install and Microshift has a guide video on youtube. I find the index setting sometimes needs a but of trimming in the lower gears but thats expected with an 11 speed drivetrain. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend this to anyone looking for a more vintage style shifter or setup.
