I selected "Refurbished - Excellent" and while it arrived looking nice, it did not work at all. I went through multiple rounds of troubleshooting, making sure drivers were up to date, making sure my settings were correct, etc. I am a software engineer with a side hobby in building and repairing keyboards. I put in 2 days of sweat and tears trying to get this to work. To no avail. I know what I am doing, this isn't a case of a clueless user not knowing how to turn something off and back on again. If you are ordering a refurb from Real Deals, beware: it will be a waste of your hard earned money.

Keyboard is heavily worn, the cover is frayed and peeling off and filthy dirty with yellowing keys.

I like the key board but the material is peeling off all around the key board. The bottom coners are real bad.
