Feels pretty good motorcycle helmet pads and muay thai pad for a braced shield.Gravel. Probably best workout and sprints I've ever had been crushing with it.Thanks to the makers brought out a warrior side I remember top 3 days of my life I sprinted up a sand Mound and fought my dad for 2 minutes until we tired out.

I didn't realize how badly I needed a foam sword in my life until the day this arrived. Absolutely exceeded my expectations for looks and realism. The structure is rigid enough and the foam covering is firm, but yields enough to prevent injury. Best thing is I can swing it around the living room as fast as I want without having to worry about cutting the drapes in half again. This would be perfect for theater, larping, and friendly sparring. This is a good sword.
