This is a plastic cage liner for DIY guinea pig cages or letting them roam somewhere free of their enclosure! These are a must-have when building your own cage panel guinea pig cage! Our blue cage liners are available in 2 sizes while we offer many other colors and sizes as well! The cage panels are sold separately and our 13.5" x13.5" panels are recommended for an exact fit!

I currently have the Midwest cage for my guinea pigs. I was excited that this liner was supposed to go INSIDE my cage instead of the Midwest liner that has the liner go on the outside. Poop and hay get caught between the liner and the metal grids, so when this was said that it would go inside the case I was ecstatic because it would be easier to clean. However, this liner has to go outside and around my metal bars because it wont fit inside.Save your time and money and order a more expensive one that fits the Midwest cage.

I bought this exact product in 2021 for my C&C cages. It fit my 3x2 grids perfectly. I went into my old orders, re-ordered the exact same one for a new cage, and it is too long and skinny to fit! I have no idea if they’ll take it back since I’ve taken it out of the packaging and put it together. Super upset! These get pricey and now I have to buy another and hope it fits!!

So far disappointed because we have the right size Midwest cage and this thing is a little bit too big for the cage to go around the outside of it and a little bit too small for the cage to go on the inside of it! As you can see in this photo when I put the cage on the inside it is dented in on the side because the cage is slightly too big. It won't even wrap around all the way on the outside if I put the cage on the outside of the base. I might be returning this.

It would have been nice if there had been instructions explaining the connectors but luckily, I figured it out. This liner worked perfectly for my needs. In fact, I was thinking about getting a second one as a backup.

This DEFINITELY does NOT fit a Midwest cage…also doesn’t work if there is a lot of weight on the middle. The siding that flips up is pretty flimsy so do not expect it to stay upright all the time.
