Small voltages can also be measured when there is no load on the branch. This is because the red LED light has a resistance, so some voltage is generated. This is normal. Please don't worry.

This fuse box was fantastic for my VanLife build, but that's also because it's indoors. I'd be cautious of the idea of putting this outdoors or anywhere near moisture. The advertised 'Damp-Proof Cover' has many very large holes in in that would make me question how it'd stand up in moist environments.Other than that concern, it works like champ and gets the job done perfectly.

It seems any good RZR has 500 accessories in addition to what comes stock and mine is no exception. Ever since I got it, I have been putting one thing after another on it. The problem is there isn't a good way to add those accessories, when it comes to wiring, and everything gets stuff on the main buss bar. When you have to track down a wire issue, you have to try and remember what wires go where. That is where this fuse box comes in.To start off, the fuse box comes with the box itself, as well as an assortment of fuses and some labels. It also has some hardware that didn't use as the screws were too short for my needs.I mounted it to the back side of the fire wall and run all my wires up there. Now everything is nice and organized and labeled and it will be easier to identity any issues that will come up.As far a waterproof, it is...sort of. Our machine is kept in the garage and I think with he riding we do it will be just fine. That being said, I probably wouldn't put this on a boat or something that is subject to a lot of water. It seems like it would be easy enough for it to get in.Overall I feel it is a great addition and am happy with it. We will see how it will hold up overtime, but I expect it should.

This a decent fuse block for the price - as far as "damp proof" -- I would say with opens holes it isn't really damp proof or water proof at all. It does work as a small fuse block however. This is a decent little fuse block however if you were getting it for a boat or outdoor project you need to make sure it is in a water proof box. I am not even sure this is stainless hardware should it get wet that it would not rust. This would be a decent little box inside a trailer, or on some small project however in something that might be getting wet I personally wouldn't use it.

Well built fuse block. Easy to setup. The cover is good for wire protection from objects but not really from the elements. The cover also has identification areas on it to be labeled and this comes with a good random variety of labels to use as well as blank ones to label yourself. They also add lots of spare fuses which is really nice. My favorite part is the identifying lights to let you know if a fuse is out, however these will only be lit if wires are running to something when the fuse is out. And it seems in doing such a functionality that some kind of power draw will still be present. As you can see in my picture if I remove the fuse from a block that is being used by say a light like I tested with, the light itself still manages to get some small amount of power. That makes me wonder how something else or larger might act if a fuse goes out but in order for that to be identified with a little red light on this fuse black, there is still some small current flowing to it. I imagine it wouldn't be enough to power anything larger and would hopefully function like it's supposed to with the simple identifier. As far as I can tell, awesome little fuse block.
