How to enjoy matcha
Usucha
Enjoy a relaxing moment with a cup of Usucha (thin tea：traditional Japanese matcha tea).
Use 1 teaspoon (2 grams) of matcha with 3 ounces of water at 170°F.
Whisk vigorously, preferably with a bamboo whisk.
If you prefer a lighter flavor, use 5 ounces of water instead.
Cold brew matcha
Enjoy an easy matcha experience with cold brew matcha.
Add 1 teaspoon (2 grams) of matcha to 6–8 ounces of cold water and mix well. Adjust the amount of water to your preference.
You can either whisk it or shake it in a bottle with the water.
With a bottle, you can easily prepare matcha at home or at work.
Matcha latte
Enjoy your matcha with your favorite milk.
Make a base 'matcha shot' by mixing 1.5 teaspoons (3 grams) of matcha with 1 ounce of water.
Whisk well until smooth and free of clumps, then add 6 ounces of your favorite milk. Sweeten to taste, if desired.
This recipe works for both hot and iced versions.

Great quality and taste, just wish the packaging was better. Inconvenient pouch that is not easily transferable to something of better quality for proper storage.

When I first opened the package, I thought the amount was quite small, but once I started using it, I realized that it’s actually a very good quantity for the price. The taste is very nice and smooth. It’s easy to drink. I make lattes with goat milk and it turns out amazing. I definitely recommend it.

It’s okay. I expected it to be more vibrant green considering all the good reviews. The taste and smell is fine though, just felt like I overpaid for this.

I upgraded from a culinary grade matcha to this ceremonial grade. It has a wonderful scent, smooth earthy taste and it is not bitter. I added a small amount of maple syrup to it and made a cute little drink with it. Highly recommended.

I love matcha and drink it every morning. Founding this product, I was intrigued by the fact that it was a single variety of matcha, not a blend, so I immediately purchased one. When I opened the lid of the can, the aroma was very rich. I usually drink matcha in a latte, but I tried it the traditional way first. I loved the balance between the straightforward taste and the rich aroma.
