Manifold arrived timely. But there was not flange as shown in picture. I had to order that separately.

The manifold did got here fine but to my surprise, the rubber flange was NOT INCLUDED !!! Don't get distracted by the product picture showing the rubber flange next to the manifold. !! I now realize that it is mentioned in the product description but it is buried among a bunch of words so one can easily miss that detail. Now I'm due to wait another 7 to 10 days for that flange to get here...

Item showed complete setup but only half showed. Seller claimed only 1 piece was for sale. Very misleading. Will not buy again.

Not happy, it did not come with the rubber adaptor as shown on their ad, the one that connects the intake to the carb. I wrote to them and I am waiting for a reply!!! So far disappointed especially because I ordered this for a job I am doing for a customer.

I received the manifold but didn't receive the carb mount that is illistratedin the offer. Thie is for my 2004 Heritage Softail

Great intake well made smooth cast .it is pictured with rubber flange so it looks included but it is not that way it's a four star item

This manifold is top-quality from Mikuni USA. It comes ready to install. It is completely de-burred with NO sharp edges anywhere. Even the MAP sensor port is de-burred. The flange is perfectly flat. Very nice manifold to go on my 2010 FXDWG which I am deleteing the EFI and converting to carburetor.
