I am really enjoying this device. Screen-size is adequate. Resolution is pretty good. The only (minor) downer is how long it takes to boot after powering-on.

Interesting thermal camera, sturdy and easy to use. Its product quality is pretty good, feels like impact hammer in hands.I bought it to detect the insulation issue of my house. Clearly, my door needs a change lol. Besides that, I found it is good to be a cat finder as well:)

This Thermal Imaging Camera is a handy tool! I have used it to see where the cold air is coming into the house. I was able to cut our heating prices too. It feels very sturdy and is easy to use right out of the box. Overall a great buy! I read that someone used it to find their cat, which makes it even better! I can't wait to try that out!

I originally purchased the TR10 model and didn't like the clarity. So I ordered this TR256E and was blown away on how much more detail the images are. Very impressed. Would like to see Mileseey maybe include a protective carrying case with this unit.

I didn't know how much I needed a thermal cam until I had one. Perfect for monitoring engine temps when tuning carbs. Or hunting down air leaks around the house. I found a huge draft coming through the corner of the garage using this cam. I could see exactly where the air was getting in. The draft left long blue and black streaks across the wall. Sealed it with spray foam, no more cold drafty corner. Seems very well built with a good sized screen and clear picture, super easy to use. Only knocked off one star for not having a replaceable battery and no case or lens cover for long term protection. Otherwise I absolutely love using this cam.

This camera is much better and easier to use than the types you have to pair with or plug into your phone through a USB or wifi connection.This comes with everything to get you started, including a 16 GB memory card. It also includes a USB-C charging cable but no wall adapter.After charging and holding the power button, it takes about 26 seconds before it is fully up and running, providing a visual display and readings.There are a lot of settings and descriptions that you can fine-tune for your application by looking through the manual.When you take your time and slowly go around what you want to investigate, you receive a wealth of visual information. You can easily pull the trigger to take a picture or even change that to taking a video instead. All this gets stored on the removable memory card.I consider this a tool that any handy homeowner should have. It's not extremely expensive, but when used, you'll quickly be able to identify areas around your house, inside and outside, that could be of concern. Looking at your walls, you can usually see your studs depending on the time of day, but more importantly, you will see areas with a thermal difference that you can address to help make your house more efficient.I find myself at night walking around rooms in my house, identifying heat sources, and unplugging things that really shouldn't be plugged in unless in use. I find wall adapters that are not used but plugged in to create heat and draw electricity.During hot days, Look at your walls inside. During cold days, go outside and walk around your house, and you will be surprised at what you may find leaking out or poorly insulated.This also would make an excellent gift for whoever you bought this for. They would be surprised, and it'ssomething that would get used often.

Our house is old, the windows are old, and the insulation is old or non-existent. Last year we had some truly atrocious heating and cooling bills so over the summer I ordered this thermal imaging camera so I could finally figure out exactly where our main problem spots are.First, if you've never owned one before then make sure you read the manual. It's not hard to use but if you take 2 minutes to read the manual you'll never have to look at it again. Once it's on you basically turn into the Predator but instead of hunting Arnold you're hunting inefficiencies.It really was eye opening to see what was happening that we couldn't see with the naked eye. We used it to make some improvements over the summer and now that winter is setting in hopefully we have battened down the hatches but I would be lying if I didn't say I was kind of excited to have exactly 1 cold day where I can bust this out and look around. After 1 single cold day though if it never gets cold again I would be happy.

This is a really neat thing to have on hand, especially if you have radiant floor heat as we do. The thermal in imaging is clear and concise, easy to read showing hotspots throughout. All we have to do is face it to the floor and we could see exactly where our water lines are run. Absolutely amazing! It is made well of solid heavy duty plastic with a long battery life. Easy to handle, it’s compact, easy to set up and use. You can choose from four color patterns based on your preference and seems to be quite accurate and works sufficiently. Expensive but as expected for thermal imaging. Super happy with the item would recommend.
