I’ve been using this for just over a month and it stopped working. It will not turn on. I’ve tried to plug it into other outlets but doesn’t turn on.

Works great to froth the milk, and not burn it.Heats to a very drinkable temperature.Works quickly and quietly.Appliance is small, and does not take up too much space on the counter.My only comment would be that I would prefer it if it could heat to a slightly warmer temperature. I have to generally drink my hot chocolate quickly as it comes out more warm than hot. Warmer would give me more time to drink it as it cools.

I wanted to elevate my hot chocolate experience so I decided to purchase this frother. I have read the reviews on many frothers and decided to buy this one. It is so easy to use. The machine is easy to use and the hot chocolate is always at the perfect temperature. I love the different whisks. Cleanup is easy too. I am very pleased with my purchase.

This frother works well, it heats and froths quickly. I use this instead of my espresso machine's milk steamer as it is much easier. It can make a billowy froth cloud, a thin froth, or a slightly aerated heated milk.Update: after a few weeks of use, this appliance has become a bit unreliable. Sometimes the button will not turn on the frother, have try several time and remove from base or unplug and replug to get it working. Sometimes it spins but doesn’t produce a good froth. It is too inconsistent for a 5 star rating so I changed it to 4 as I still use it with mostly good results

So Far good..... frothes well,easy to clean my last frother different brand stopped working after 4 month and the milk would stick and get brown at bottom . With this frother that has not happened so far very satisfied .Makes a nice thick froth and hopefully will last.Also makes nice appearance on my counter...

Bought this because it was a decent price for a brother. I really like it, we make cappuccinos, hot chocolate and cold foam for out cold brew. Easy to use and good quality
