I recently purchased two of these Miller 6-inch ArcStation clamps and I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the clamps. The copper plating was poor around the sliding "T" handle on both of the clamps, and one actually had green spots around the handle from corrosion. Neither of the boxes the clamps were packaged in contained silica gel or any VCI material to protect the clamps from corrosion, and the manufacturer has poor quality assurance standards if both clamps had issues with their copper plating.The copper shoulder screw that the clamp comes with is very oddly sized for the ArcStation table. The shoulder is 5/8" diameter even though the slots in the ArcStation table are 3/4" wide. The head of the shoulder screw is only 1-1/8", which can leave the screw with very little clamping contact with the edge of the slot depending on how it is positioned. The shoulder is 7/16" long, which is very odd considering the table is only about 7/32" thick. It just seems like this was not really designed for this particular table in mind but rather was an off-the-shelf part that Miller had decided was useable for this table. I have had to add a thick spacer washer and bushing to the shoulder to make this clamp a better (and safer) fit with the ArcStation table slots.
