DO NOT BUY. Scissors received were not buffed, had scratches all over. Miller Forge not on blades. No silencer. Returned.

Not what I expected for Millers Forge. The first pair didn't cut to the tips, and had to be replaced. The second set cuts, but not as well as I would like.

If I were you I'd spend more money and get something have decent. Very dull and feels way to clunky. More trouble than they are worth.

This shears look and feel good. They're pretty quiet too. But I was disappointed in how poorly they cut my cocker spaniel's fur. More than a few wisps of hair cause the blades to BEND rather than CUT the fur. In fact, the cheapo scissors that came with an old, old Oster clipper set do a a better job of trimming up her paws and legs better than these Millers Forge shears. I guess I got what I paid for. Keep looking.
