This thing is amazing. I have a platform bed which means no headboard, and I like to watch TV and play video games in my bedroom with my boyfriend. This backrest basically turned my bed into a little couch! It's really comfy. Mine expanded to look exactly like the picture, and it's very firm without being uncomfortable. It's doesn't flatten or lose it's shape with extended use. The cup holders fit a can or a water bottle.

When it arrives it is vacuum sealed. There is an opener provided. Looks like a letter opener. Nice unexpected surprise. Once opened, I was skeptical. The pillow expanded right away but did not fill up the outer cover. I thought I was going to be disappointed. I left it and returned a few hours later and it was fully expanded. I was happy when. I saw it.I bought this to watch tv in bed. I had been using one of those 3 piece back supports that make your bed more like a recliner. I got that because I have issues with lower back pain. That helped but I still had to use other pillows to make myself comfortable. But this pillow is a game changer.The first time I used it, it was perfect. No need for additional pillows. It was so comfortable, I fell asleep. It was the best sleep I had in years. I now use it to sleep at night. No more lower back pain. But it gets betterThe next day, I took the pillow down to my couch. My couch is old and the support is not as good as when it was new. I removed the back pillows and put this in their place. Again it was very comfortable. I forced my husband to come sit with me. He never sits on the couch because it hurts his back. He reluctantly sat down and was surprised that it was so comfortable and he did not experience any back pain. It was also really great that we were both able to sit together comfortably. We are not little people. I am a size 12 (women’s xl). He is a man’s XL. We both fit comfortably with our backs against the pillow.We have not needed to use the head rest at all. I just flip them backwards. The cup holders are useable but I recommend only using with a bottle (something with a lid). They do not hold their shape. You can get a bottle in them but the foam will conform around it. I think an open glass would spill when removing.I definitely would recommend this back pillow. One person or two it is great. Would also be great for a larger plus sized person.Only con I have is it is heavy and being that I like using it in bed and on my couch moving it back and forth is cumbersome. I may buy a second one.

Got this for my husband for Christmas as a gaming pillow and he loves it! It is super comfortable and the memory foam is firm enough to keep its shape. We were both impressed with the quality of the pillow.

I received my pillow on Saturday (2 days ago). AS PER INSTRUCTION. I unpacked it, left it on a flat surface for 48 hours. It went from being a pancake, to what you see in the picture. IT WILL take long, leave it be, it will get to it's shape.Yes, it holds your drinks.Yes, it is very comfortable.Yes, it's worth it.I will recommend it to friends and family.

My boyfriend and I got this because it says it’s good for two people. He has his own for himself but I wanted to be able to use it with him because of how comfortable his was. This works just as great! Maybe even better because of the cup holders for our drinks. It keeps us close, allows us to cuddle if we want to and enjoy our movie or show in bed. Would definitely recommend for duos that want the comfort of watching or reading on their bed without having to use just a pillow against the wall. It does take a bit to fluff up once it’s out of the bag but once it does, the material is soft and the filling is firm.

Buyer beware. If you really want the neck pillows, order from another manufacturer. The neck pillows did not come with the backpillow despite being shown in the photos. If the neck pillows being absent are a non issue, the pillow itself is comfortable and offers some great back support. Would be nice if the product photos could be updates without the neck pillows.

I was really expecting this to be the size of every other boyfriend/backrest pillow out there, just...wider. it is quite big in reality. it's definitely large enough for 2 medium/large size adults to comfortably use it together. its very comfy and while the cup holders are kind of useless (it's too overstuffed to really get a can in there) it is a very practical way to just laze about; you can have just this one big heavy pillow instead of having to prop up a bunch of throw pillows just so.the fabric seems durable and keeps clean...i have yet to notice any cat furs or lint on it even though my husband and i, and our cats, curl up with it quite a bit.

If you're on the fence, don't be! It's way better than other reading pillows. I've tried other reading pillows before and found them unsupportive, awkward, and uncomfortable. This one is like a cloud that envelopes you yet still gives support.Things to note:1. It does take the 24-48 hours for it to full fluff up. Unzipping the zippers does help. Believe me it gets significantly fluffier.2. The memory foam is easy to rearrange with your hand if you want to adjust the arm rests (if not fluffy enough).3. The pillows you use for a head rest can be adjusted with the buttons4. the gray one (can't speak for the other colors) is a soft jersey (but stronger) fabric so it's breathable and not itchy. I have hypersensitivity to certain tactical things but this one doesn't bother me at all.5. It would likely not stay up well if not against a wall or hard object. I tried it and it did flop over a bit.6. I am a petite person and only 5'3'' so I can actually lay on the arm rest to curl up. I had my boyfriend using the pillow as well and he said it was super comfy. He is 5'10'' and average build. We both fit in the pillow fine to watch tv. I've read a few places that people who are very tall or larger did not like it as much due to support; I could see how the memory foam might be too squishy for some. If you like the typical reading pillow that are harder, this one wouldn't be for you. If you've always wanted nice fluffy pillow to stay still and not fold/slide, this is SO for you.7. I found it easy for the cover to come off and be put back on. I washed it just because and it was fine.Highly recommend.

Pillow needs to lean against a wall or your back, does not stand up on its own, when you move away from it, the pillow falls forward. The cup holders are very flimsy and do not have a hard cup or solid holder for cups. You have to push into the pocket and move the fluff around to support your cup or the cup will fall over and out of the holder. Pillows are decent and adjustable to either two side by side or one pillow in the middle and one on your lap to hold a tablet or e-reader. Bought this for my 9yr old so she enjoys it and doesn't want to return it so we are keeping it, if it was for me, I would definitely return it only on the basis that its not what I wanted. Other than that, its a great product for others, nice quality material soft enough for people/kids with Sensitive Sensory Disorder like my little one. Easy to wash covers and easy to put back onto the pillow after washing. Great product.

The pillow came very compact but after 24 hours it expanded SOOO much that it surprised me how thick it got. I have a king size bed and my husband/I like to watch movies in bed. It fits both of us comfortably (I'm 5'2" & he's 5'10") of average weight. As you can see in my picture, the pillow takes up majority of the width of my King size bed so it is quite wide and very thick. It is very dense so I don't think it'll flatten very easily over time. Had it for 2 weeks now and am very happy with it.
