This hard wearing and comfortable windproof smock made of quality ripstop material features a high collar with concealed hood and a sturdy, 2-way front zipper with button flap and Hook-and-loop strip. A light weight parka with a wire framed hood. A lot of thought went into this jacket and I think it is of the highest quality. Multiple pockets, with button, zipper, and Velcro fasteners. Fits perfect and is a highly functional survival jacket. Two thumbs up and Good to Go.

Excellent garment, like the most, light weight. This will be used as a layering garment so a layer that can be applied or removed.Range of movement is good and the coat does not bind while working. Good wind block layer.Least, the fabric could be a bit more water repellent. It's not a gortex or rain suit but when the weather changes it could be a bit more protective.

This jacket is crazy nice! Fits true to size. The outer material is 65/35 polyester/cotton ripstop in excellent five-color flecktarn camouflage. It's partially lined with polyester, like in the hood and shoulders, but otherwise the liner is the same material as the outer shell. It's got a huge lumbar pocket, double lower pockets, breast pockets, one normal shoulder pocket, all with nice oversized buttons that look very securely attached. On the other should is what looks like some kind of 'nade pocket that snaps closed. There are two zippered document/CCW pockets, plus a zipper to allow access to the inside of the coat where you have two zippered pockets. It's got a two-way main zipper with giant teeth that works perfectly. It's got pockets for elbow pad inserts and even comes with two foam pads. The only velcro for patches is a 1" x 5" strip on your right chest. It's got individual MOLLE straps spaced around the upper torso and arms, though I haven't figured out what these are for -- obviously for attaching objects of some kind to the jacket. The hood works nicely -- it's got a small bendy wirey strip in it, not like the British Army smocks that feel like you've got a friggin' wire coat-hanger inside the hood. I plan to use this as a light field jacket for hiking and camping, and maybe for commuting on public transportation when it rains. It looks good, especially when the drawstrings are adjusted. Recommended!
