I bought this because I have a pinched nerve in my neck and I work on my own car and I needed to do an oil change. This ratchet had ONE PURPOSE; to remove the 14mm bolt from my oil pan and it didn't have enough torque. Instead of turning, it just made a buzzing sound and didn't budge. I have a lot of Milwaukee tools and this is easily the most disappointing one of them

I have used this daily for right under a month now, and I absolutely love it but yesterday it broke completely. I have submitted a warranty claim to Milwaukee. I will update with their response.

Had it for a couple years now. Hasn't gotten much use. Find its too weak for the use I had intended. Other than that its a good tool though.
