Nice addition to my 1/4 impact, but for being rather overpriced for what it is, it came without the screw and washer. I contacted Milwaukee amazon for the missing parts, and was directed to Milwaukee. After 3 weeks of back and forth emails, Milwaukee won’t do anything about it because Amazon is not an authorized dealer and the item came from 3rd party supplier. It is BEING RETURNED.

I’ve been running one on my impact for about 3 months now with daily use due to work, the holders that grip the bits have gotten looser after the first two weeks. My bits are standard 1/4, 5/6, and Philips and they’ll end up falling out moving the impact around. If you plan to buy this be prepared that it may happen to you if you use this product often. The plastic used and the locking function to the drill through have held up fine, but yeah this is better for a diy’er, or occasion usage.

I have been using this bit holder for a while and I works great, the big one keeps bits secure while the small one holds it kind of, I think because I use the small one allot, but it still works great, love it.

I like the bit holder capacity to hold up to three bits. But it did not come with the screw to attach it. Which made me drive all the way over to the hardware store to buy one tiny screw. And not sure which screw would even work so I had to try it on similar products within the hardware store. Defeated the purpose of buying online since I could have just purchased this item at the store while I was there. Thus the four stars.

Was hesitant to purchase because of other negative reviews but I've come to find it hard to live without. I'm a home remodeled by trade and use Milwaukee tools but favor dewalt bits and the dewalt bits fit nice and snug and have yet to fall out even going in and out of my tool bag. I keep a Roberts, T25 and a P2 on there and it's extremely handy being ready for all of your everyday screws I keep my magnetic bit holder installed in my impact and change tips as needed. For the price I would say this is a got to have attachment for milwaukee impacts.

Fits more Milwaukee drills than the description. Will fit any of the drills with the two hole/one screw hold on the side. Nicely form fitted to the tool and holds it securely. The screw comes with a washer but toss the washer, it raises the screw head to where it makes contact with the lower bit...it still holds the bit in place but it won't sit straight. It nicely fits a 3.5" bit on the bottom where the bit doesn't extend past the battery and a 2" bit on the top.

I had to just guess that this thing would work on the new Fuel tools. Nowhere did it give a p/n for the accessories for Fuel. But, now you know that is does work. Not only is this a great accessory that is a must have, it works great on the 18v Fuel impact driver. I think it would likely work on the drill/driver as well. I haven't tried it though on that tool... AS for function, the holder is just that... It is as pictured, and the mechanisms are very tight. I doubt it will be losing any bits anytime soon. That said, I must respectfully disagree with one of the reviews on this tool accessory. One person disliked the tools due to a screw issue. Well, I can only see a few reasons for that... 1. It was a defect (which happens), and if it was, you should have returned the whole thing and got another... Or, 2. It was overtightened and either stripped or rendered the lock nut useless.Either way, I think the design is just fine. I don't see the method of attaching it as flawed at all. The holder isn't relying on the one screw for support. The plastic on the tool and the plastic on the holder are designed to mate one within the other. The screw simply holds them together. Force should be directed on the notches, not the screw. On mine, it attached just great and hasn't come out on my impact. I can't think of a driver that vibrates more than an impact... Remember folks, the screw is steel, and the female on the tool is just brass. Over tightening is not necessary, hence the lock-washer. Go to snug and call it a day. If you are worried about it staying fast, re-torque it as you would a new car wheel at least once after some use. Remember, brass is much softer than steel... For the gentleman who had problems, I would suggest rather than trying to get a replacement screw from Milwaukee, try going to Fastenall or some other bolt store and get a replacement. If, the brass is stripped on your tool, you can fix that too. But if it is, then it shows you likely overtightened it.Just my two cents... Hope that info helps. I would highly recommend and will likely buy another.
