I received a brand new sealed "cracked" product. The unit has a crack in the front face about 3".Contacted Mind Reader and sent Invoice + Photos.Their answer was : "We regret to inform you that we do not carry spare / replacement parts for this specific item. We recommend that you contact Amazon.ca for exchanges, returns or refund requests".

Broken straight out of the box; packaging was fine however. Presented issue to Amazon Support and they sent a second one to replace it. Second one was worse than the first one! Completely disintegrated! :( It would have been perfect for the office. But cant have customers getting splinters!
