My son loves it. It's not a thick sweater but it's soft on the inside. Like a thin fleece material (see pic). Fits pretty good. I bought the 6/7 small for my child who is on the bigger side of 5/6 in most clothes. The arms are the part that are the longest and the middle is not form fitting.
