I'm sorry it took so long for this product review but it was just in my back pack.. until the day I decided to take a back trail by the river where I live... Was an awesome ride till it wasn't. I always carry a tube because I live in a city. Prob like always 5 mins from a gas station but. Because of my silly decision I went down a trail and ended up next to the river... Lol it was awesome until I left all was good then when I was riding out of the he woods. POP I heard the front tire go and that wasn't good I knew I had a tube and I wasent close to a gas station so I took tire off replace the tube and started walking to a gas station. Then realized I had the pump in my back pack so I got excited. First it's not that easy to connect to the valve. But it does and remember it's a mini pump so don't expect to fill your tire in 5 seconds but. To be honest this is my opinion the pump worked it filled my tire plenty to get out of the woods so all I'm gonna say is this pump is not something to keep in your car it would never pump a car tire.. But if you ride a bicycle and go anywhere . You need to have a spare tube. And a pump. And yes I highly recommend this one no this isn't a commercial. I got stuck the quality is great.. but it's hard to pump up any tire with a pump like this. But no lie it worked well was hard to connect and at higher pressure it got harder to pump.. But it worked and it worked well. And if your stuck in the woods and you remembered to bring a pump. I ask you too look at this one.. size... Awesome... Ease of use... Well you have to take your time.... Quality... Milled aluminum beautiful looking .. just know this is not a compresser it's an emergency pump and yes it worked in my emergency.... Just get it. It.works

I've used mini-pumps for a long time on my road bikes. I've tried all sorts of configurations and designs. I have to say the best ones are the most simple. This pump has a tuck-away hose that connects to your valve stem without putting pressure on it or the inner tube like most other pumps. The mount is a little chunky and goes under your water bottle cage. I'm reusing an old aluminum mount so cut down on the size of this one. The pump snaps in firmly and I have no doubt that it won't go anywhere. The pump is a decent size, but don't expect miracles pumping up a flat tire. The construction feels like it will last a long long time. My only real gripe is the dust cap is kind of flimsy so I don't expect it to last long.

I wanted a smaller bike pump that had an extension hose. My previous pump didn't and I snapped the presta valve when pumping (I recently switched to presta on my new bike and had always used schrader) so I was looking for a screw on valve as well. This pump fits both needs. The good:The pump is small and lightweight. Can pump both schrader and presta (includes a dunlop valve adapter too, but I am in the US so not used).Extendable hose is easy to use and connects securely. The bad:Hose is coated in oil when you first take it out. Easy to clean off, but annoying. The only thing holding the hose in place is a small rubber cap. There is no seal on the cylinder to protect from grid and dust getting inside. This pump works well. I was able to screw the hose onto the presta valve easily and it stayed tight. Pumping the tire didn't require a ton of force and it inflated relatively quickly. It also small, nice and light, exactly what you want in a pump you are going to be riding with. The hose is only held in place by a small rubber cap which, let's be honest, is going to break at some point, which will leave the connector open to dust and dirt. Unlike my previous pumps, this doesn't have any type of seal to stop dust and dirt from getting into the shaft either. As I ride a recumbent, I keep my pumps in my frame bag so it's not a big issue for me but something I felt needed to be noted.Overall, I think this is a great portable pump. It will get the job done and doesn't take up a lot of space or add too much weight. For $20 I think it is a great choice.

My tubes have Presta valves, so that's what I evaluated. My previous frame pump has a rubber boot, which can leak or damage the valve plunger, so I was especially attracted to the screw-on fitting of the hose onto the valve stem.In keeping with the instructions on the vendor's web page, I made sure the fitting was screwed as far onto the valve stem as it would go. And the pump leaked air around the valve stem and got none of it into the tire. I inspected the fitting, saw the sealing O-ring away down inside there, and realized that I wanted the pump to be screwed on only far enough for the O-ring to match the smooth part of the valve stem. Voila! Worked like a champ. I learn something every day.The mounting is presumably designed to go under a water bottle cage. My bike only has a water bottle cage on the down tube, so the seat tube is free for the pump. I was a little concerned that a non-centered pump might interfere with my feet and legs, but it doesn't.One thing I did want to ensure was that the dust cap not come loose. I imagine dust in the works almost guarantees a lot of trouble with the pump and/or with the tubes whose valves it contaminates. As can be seen in the picture, I situated the pump with the dust cap tight against the bottom bracket, which should hold it securely in place.Good choice, small and effective, highly recommended.

The schrafet adapter:fitting doesn’t depress vslve. You csn pump all day and no air gets into tire. Anothet piece of Amsxon Chinese nunk. $20 down the drain. Not worth the trouble or expense to return it. I suggest you buy something else.
