This little guy is hilariously small, like "I lost it in my junk drawer next to a paperclip" small. Perfect for pumping up basketballs, volleyballs, bike tires, and maybe even your spirits—just don’t try it on a car tire unless you’ve got 6 hours and a good audiobook. It charges via USB-C, which means it’s already smarter than half my older electronics. Comes with adapters that look like they were designed by tiny NASA engineers. It’s so light, I’m convinced it’s filled with helium.I haven’t stress-tested it yet, but it feels like the kind of thing that would panic under pressure... unlike the tire it’s trying to inflate.Still, it works, it’s fun to use, and if it survives the summer, I’m naming it.

This mini inflator keeps things simple—no bells and whistles, just straightforward inflation in a compact, portable design. It does feature a small LED light and includes a single USB-C port for charging. With a 600mAh battery, it supports 15W recharging. Despite its tiny size, it performs surprisingly well—I was able to fully inflate my motorcycle tire (120/70 ZR17) from 0 to 34 psi in just 5 minutes and 51 seconds. That said, I did encounter an E02 overheating warning during use. After letting it rest for about 10 seconds, I was able to resume inflation without any further issues. If portability and simplicity are your top priorities—and you’re okay with a bit of patience—this inflator offers good value for the price. However, if size isn’t a limiting factor, investing in a more powerful model with additional features would be a smarter choice.Note: The manual mentions a lanyard port for carrying, but no lanyard, storage bag, or case is included.

WOW.The NexSphere rechargeable tire pump is unlike any tire inflator I’ve ever seen or used.Living in the mountains of Colorado, I have many friends that are always out on their mountain bikes (weather permitting) and every one of them seem to have issues with their tires. All too frequently (my opinion), I see them out on one of our hundreds of dirt roads frantically pumping up a flat tire.Based on the size AND performance of my latest Amazon find, the days of manual tire inflation are numbered. When I found the NexSphere tire pump, I didn’t even look at its dimensions, wrongly assuming that it would be the size of a shoebox, similar to the cigarette lighter pluggable air pump I carry in my car. When I unboxed the NexSphere pump, I couldn’t get over its size. I expected a shoebox and I received something smaller than a cigarette pack.I was totally skeptical of its claims of 150 psi inflation capability on an internal rechargeable battery. There was simply no way that I could reconcile the claims with the tiny device I held in my hand.I was WRONG but I didn’t know it yet.Dutifully, I charged the unit as instructed for approximately 20 minutes. When its built in charging indicator showed that it had been fully charged, I attached a standard American tire stem coupler and plugged it on to a low tire on my SUV.I set the desired inflation pressure for the tire and pressed start. The tiny pump sprang to life and in no time my tire had been inflated to the requested pressure. That’s it.It just worked. In less than two minutes. On a relatively a significant Z-rated SUV tire!I’m still taken aback by this tiny pumps capability and it’s overall performance. The auto inflation element delivers. It’s small enough to be tucked in to a bikes saddle bag or tucked in to a jacket pocket or even a purse. It fits nicely in my SUVs tiny door pocket, too.It even comes with a variety of stems that provide for its connection to most types of tire inflation stems. There’s an attachment for inflating most anything else, too. From balls to air mattresses to pool toys. It covers the bases of inflation needs.Enough said.Buy it.It’s one of those things you WANT to have. It’s something you CANNOT live without! It’s nothing less than mind blowing in every sense of the term!

This little compressor works. But it’s a bit quirky. After receiving this compressor I fully charged it. Then I completely deflated both 29” tires on my hybrid bike. While my tires are rated for up to 85 psi, I preset the compressor for 60 psi. The compressor, as you might expect, is a bit noisy. It took several minutes to bring the front tire up to 60psi. When inflating the rear tire the compressor quit at 57.5 psi and showed an E02 code. The little manual revealed that an E02 code means the compressor had become too hot. And, yes, the compressor was in fact rather hot. When the compressor stopped the battery icon indicated that I had used about half the charge. After allowing the compressor to cool I could not power it up. So I plugged it back into the charger. After recharging I was able to bring the rear tire up to 60 psi.The temperature in my basement, where I did this little trial, was around 65 degrees F. This leads me to believe if I am outside in higher temperature weather the compressor may overheat even sooner. That’s an important consideration if you are totally re-inflating a tire.Bottom Line: This is a handy little compressor. But I would never solely rely on this if I am on an extended ride. I’ll take this with me on my rides. It will be an easy way to top off my tire pressure should I lose some air. And no doubt it will be very easy to re-inflate a patched tire. But I will still pack my little hand pump. I don’t ever want to be out somewhere without a hand pump should this thing overheat and require recharging before it works again.Recommended withe the caveat that you still need to carry a small bike hand pump.
