They were bigger than I imagined, I wish that vendors selling miniatures would put something like a quarter next to it for sizing. Will work for my boat project. Not sturdy like a full size pail but that was my expectation.

The rustic and stable style of these little buckets is impressive to say the least. I had some concerns about the stability of the product, but when they arrived those concerns were but to rest. They are just as pictured and described in the product details,Just as the retailer states, they have a variety of uses, great for party favors.Great for country themes weddings, and parties and more.

I bought these for my son's party bags. I read the many reviews and even looked at the pictures that people posted. I feel that the pictures posted made this product look bigger than it really is. These are TINY! What I'm more disappointed in and want people to be aware of is this product is apparently not returnable! Be very very sure you understand the measurements yourself and don't rely on the pictures. I'm hoping tea lights will fit into these and maybe use them outside during BBQs, otherwise I really don't know what I would use these for.

These are super tiny! Think of a double shot glass! They were the perfect size for ice cream toppings for a small group of boys. They're very cute and I hope I find use for them again!

Nice item for favors. Good quality steel, though not galvanized. Each bucket is about 2 1/2 inches tall and about 2 inches in diameter at the top. Holds about 1/4 to 1/3 of a cup of small candies. We had a barn theme wedding, and used these for favors. I would not recommend that these would be a good toy for small children. Some of the edges are sharp, and the wire handle ends are pokey.

I bought these in hopes to use them filled with candy for a camping birthday party. They are very cute but very small. They were way to small to use for candy, but I just put candles(fake) in them instead. I also tied a ribbon of burlap to decorate them. They are cute, but beware of the size.

I bought these to hold Hershey's Kisses for my wedding favors. I purchased 3x4 organza favor bags which fit about 15 kisses and they looked fine but I was a little disappointed with the presentation. I'm using galvanized buckets for my flower girl baskets and aisle decor so I started looking at the buckets for the favors. I'm so glad I did, these are so much nicer. The buckets fit basically the same amount, 14-15 kisses, their quality is fine, none arrived bent or damaged. The only negative is that they all have a bar code sticker label on the bottom that I have to remove one by one and of course the glue sticks so they don't come off cleanly. But I don't really care considering how cute the favors look when put together. I recommend these!

Just got these in this week, was surprise with the size - despite the description given, I still very much under estimated the size of the buckets and was thinking I would be able to fit much more into them than possible. Was planning to use them for my twin's birthday favors containers (holding a pair of sunglasses, a rubber alligator, sheet of stamps, bag of animal crackers and a few other things...)To put it in perspective so maybe someone else will better grasp the size of these buckets - they are shipped in stacks of 1 dozen per sleeve (stacked together) - I have an iPhone 4 - my phone is the height of 1/2 the sleeve (6 of the buckets stacked together); and the top of the bucket is the width of my phone. The bottom of the bucket is the width of the back of the phone (from the top of the phone to the bottom of the apple). -- hope these "prescise" measurements help someone :)The buckets are very cute, and look well put together, I have not decided exactly what I am going to do with them yet, but I will find something to use them for, I may even use them for the favors some how!
