Very easy to use. Software set up super easy. Down fall is the picture quality is so low. I got this for journaling work. I wanted to be able to print off pictures in the moment and that will not be able to happen with this printer. However it will work to print off books that I am reading and smallish things that I need to put in my journal. If you are looking for good quality photos I would keep looking.Also so it says its thermal and I am just not seeing that. Thermal paper you can write on with your nail and this paper you can not.
