I Love these tart tins and with the loose bottom it makes it easier to bake and remove your finished product......love the color.....and fyi for beginner bakers if your blind baking put the pate sucre into the tin and place into the freezer and then bake and the crust won't shrink.....

I bought this a while back and just never used it. I had to bring it out so I could make little sushi layers with this small mold and it came out sooooo good! After pressing it all into the mold you can press the removable bottom plate and it lifted my sushi out in one nice piece!

My daughter, 10 yrs, loves baking and these fit right in with what she likes.They are easy to clean, but need to be protected just like any other non stick item, you shouldn't use anything metal on them.They are sturdy, good non stick and my daughter loves the color.

They are easy to use and easy to clean. I did have trouble getting them apart at first but after that they have been perfect.

I like this because it came with the tamper it was easy to use. I only wish it came with more tart pans 6 was not enough.
