Product Description

Mini Spot Welder

Feature:

  • 1. Five 300A MOS tubes are driven by imported special chips, and the MOS tubes can be used as fast as 20nS, which can switch quickly to prevent tube explosion.
  • 2. The controller is mainly for welding 0.1mm to 0.15mm nickel‑plated steel strip, and the power input adds a 25V10000uF high‑frequency low‑resistance capacitor for energy compensation to increase stability.

Product Description:

  • 1. This controller is mainly used for welding small battery repair power banks, power tools, model airplanes, etc.
  • 2. This controller requires users to have a certain electronic basis and safety awareness.
  • 3. Although sufficient protection has been done for the drive of the MOS tube, it is inevitable that the explosion tube will appear during use. If there is a explosion tube, just replace one.
  • 4. For those with high welding requirements, please change the welding power source. After actual testing, when the battery uses 3S, 40C, 5000mHA, it can weld 0.1mm nickel-plated steel strip and 0.15mm nickel-plated steel strip perfectly. The welding needle needs to be ground into a round head, the pressing force is reduced, and it can also be welded; When the battery uses 12V, 50AH car level, it can weld 0.15mm nickel-plated steel strip perfectly. Note that it is a car battery, not an ordinary lead-acid battery.

Update: Made one 12 volt battery and a few months later on second use it is dead. Seems to be a one time use product. Contacted customer support and were rather rude and told me to fix it myself

I don't know if im lucky or if some people do something wrong but mine works really goodI made over 2000 welds and it still works fineI have no technical explanation but I think people use to smal batteries that's why they blow up on the first time welding or maybe there's are faultyI used a 585 amp cold cranking car battery and I prefer to keep it on the charger while using it because then the Voltage doesn't dropI used .15mm pure nickel works better then nickel plated

This worked flawlessly right out of the box. Used a lawn tractor battery @ 350 amps and set it at 20 and beautiful welds. Thank you. One note of caution; after disconnecting from the battery the input leads still have a charge from a capacitor. Discharge appropriately.

It was beeping then arc like it suppose to but the nickel was not weld to the batteries . I tried different level of power but noting seem to change . Allways just weak weld . about 10 unsuccesfull spot weld later , one mosfet burst into flamme . Just watch on youtube , its full of videos on the multiple ways this product can fail . I was connect on a 550 cca car battery , nickel 0.15 mm tick on 18650 cells . I will purchase ( sequre ) spot welder instade
