The app was very confusing from the get-go, the so-called manual anf tutorials are neither clear nor complete.I managed to print labels for a few months, although every time it took me a fat minute to remember the unintuitive way to get to pair text, frame, formating and print...All of a sudden, it won't print unless I subscribe to the pro version of the app. Lets me write up my label, and as I hit the print function, directs me to subscribe, as if NONE of the features I've used in the past were still available. The app DOES NOT SIGNAL AT ALL WHICH BASIC FEATURES REMAIN FREE, which is what the description and chat bot response to my inquiries was: "there's now a pro version, but you can use the basic feature"- WHICH ONES??? If it won't let me print???Extremely disappointed- I feel completely scammed.

Bought this for my wife who is a dasher. She uses the printer to print thank you notes and cards for her deliveries. Works great in her car while she is out and also when at home before had. She is very happy with this printer. Its compact size makes for easy carry, while she is on the go it works great.

This little printer works quite well, but unfortunately, the label was too small to be read or scanned by Canada Post, so it’s being returned. It would work for a simple address label, but my labels were sent from a company with bar codes.

I haven't used this to the point where it's not printing clearly. Quality is not good, I've only ever used it to make labels and it can't seem to even hold up for that. I wanted to love it but it's not great.

I picked this handy tool up for my daughter and I may get another one for myself. Basically, its a super easy way to print something from your electronic device quickly.For a student, whether you are taking notes or perhaps you take a picture of something on a white board, you take that image and immediately print it onto a label and into your notes.For working, I can take a picture at a customer site and make notes on a drawing and print it into my customer notes.The picture quality is surprisingly clear. The only drawback I see is that there is no carrying case included. Since you have the printing device, the power cord and the labels, it would certainly be convenient if there were a case to keep all the pieces in a box or case.

Atleast for me, the prints didnt come out very well. Some things i couldnt even see :( it does work and is easy to use though, i would just use it on bright pictures if anything.

What I like about this product is that it was very easy to set up. I down loaded the app and had it working in just a few minutes. This one was the 200 dpi version and still prints very nice. If you want something that prints a little nicer then I would recommend the one that is 300dpi for a little more money. I can tell some people don't understand that this is a thermal printer that takes special paper and work just like the old fax machines so this is using very old technology meaning it is paper that turns dark when heated. This printer is good for doing sticky notes but as for long term save I would not recommend it. The rechargeable battery seems to hold up ok and I like that the printer is small and easy to take in my back pack. The paper rolls are special so you can't get them from just anywhere. The software only works on iOs or android but will not work with your computer. You can print notes, images and even scan something and print it. It also comes with some templates.
