Good price for the amount you get. Will do great holding up plants. I needed 2ft stakes so i ordered 2ft stakes. I received the size I needed. They appear to vary in thickness but shouldn't be a big deal

They don't sell this size (2 ft) in the stores, so I'm glad Amazon had it. It looks a bit tattered..but I'm sure it'll do.

Yes, they are bamboo stakes. The description states 2 ft. length and 30 qty. I've been staking flowers & veg throughout the growing season, and recently some indoor plants, as well. So, when I opened these bamboo stakes, they just seemed short to me. Then I noticed the package notes this length is "approx" (which I didn't notice in the online description). I do understand these are a natural product and will, by nature, vary in thickness, 'straightness', 'smoothness', amount of splitting, etc. And these stakes *do* vary, except length. They are not approx, they are all *exactly* 1/4 inch short, so 23 3/4"...none of them are 24", none of them are longer than 24". Hmmm?? Another approx...my package included only 29 stakes, not 30. I purchased these as an eco-friendly alternative to other styles of stakes and it's not eco-friendly for me to ship these back to Amazon. Characteristics of bamboo happen naturally, in nature, and give each stake its own unique personality, but cut length and package quantity are quality control issues. This seems to be a new company, so perhaps these issues will be resolved quickly. Otherwise, the three stakes currently in use in my garden are doing their job as expected.
