Very sturdy bag with lots of handles so you can do all kinds of things with it. Have mine loaded with about 80 pounds of sand to do all kinds of throws and lifts with it.

Great quality sandbag at a great price!- Price: The price difference between all sizes is extremely good for the quality of what you get. I've had issues with many sandbags out there (poor quality, rapidly deteriorates, leaking sand) that are much more expensive so I'm glad I was able to find one that worked.- Durability/Quality: Seems great so far. You can tell that this sandbag is made with heavy duty materials - the outside is thick and the handles are double stitched to avoid ripping at heavier weights. A lot of other sandbags I have used have handles that are either too big for me, or easily stretch and become too big, but I don't have that issue with the miR sandbag. The grips on the handles are comfortable as well. The zipper doesn't catch onto anything when zipping and does not come undone easily during use. The inner bag used to fill sand is so durable! The lining is thick and the velcro is so strong it actually takes a bit of effort to undo. The double velcro (to ensure that no sand leaks out) works exactly as intended.Overall, I haven't run into any issues with the miR sandbag and love that it folds up so compact so that I can take it to use during roadtrips. The ability to adjust the weight at such a great range makes it an easy item to use at any skill level as well. Hope they come out with more colors in the future so I can add to my collection!
