It’s good but my power button is stuck. Will upgrade to 5 stars when replaced.

I liked how it looked, but the side buttons don’t line up properly, so they’re really hard to press. The constant pressure from the misalignment actually damaged the button over time.. it ended up getting pushed in unevenly and stopped working. So now a $30 case ruined a $1200 phone. Honestly, I wish I could sue for the full cost of my loss. I could care less about a $30 refund.

It’s okay. The drop protection is there, but the flip cover for the camera button is cumbersome at best. Additionally the flip cover for the charging port is extremely difficult to open and plug a cord into. These two things would lead the average user to believe that they provide some semblance of dust protection, otherwise they’d be unnecessary, particularly the charging port cover. However, they do not provide dust protection, as the screen “protector” is constantly riddled with lint/dust. For the price point, the drop protection is adequate, but I traded the whole thing in for a different case pretty quickly.

Bought for IPhone 16 pro max excellent case for protecting your new phone, it completely protects the phone was dubious about the screen protector so bought a gel screen protector and fitted this in addition to the original one, touch sensitivity is not affected, but it is not needed so will remove this, it is not bulky unlike some other cases, and works with the 15w mag safe charger I bought, I also like the protector for the camera and you also get a spare one supplied, great price and no issues at all with the case.

The case is sturdy and covers all of the phone surfaces. This iPhone 16 Pro Max is my 6th or 7th iPhone and I’ve bought cases for them all. A bad case helped me really tear up my 13 Pro Max screen. It was easy to install. That’s a good thing too because the instructions on the box are shown in my photos and the code was too small for my phone and I couldn’t find one on the Amazon app. I tried the camera that helps you find products and it was of no use. Finally I used the zoom in feature on my phone that’s for menus and things and the new ‘capture’ button. And you can see the info I got. 😂There was an instruction paper with the case and I found the videos here below the sales description. Easy. And easy to take off too. I’m very happy with it.The only issues I do have are the run around about the instructions and the case must have been returned. The seal was broken and box slightly torn. Then I discovered smears inside the back cover and there was no film there. A little denatured alcohol quickly fixed that problem.If anyone does needlework or draws - one of the reasons o wanted this case is so I can make embroidered pieces for the back. I don’t know why I never thought of it before. It truelt is Crystal clear.

Had several of these for iPhone 13 and never had an issue. Bought the for 16 pro plus and think it’s awful. The case has cutouts for the camera button and charger socket which just don’t sit back down properly. The charger one is badly designed and also gets in the way when you remove it. Finally it seems to have poor connectivity with the top left of the phone screen and doesn’t always register a touch. Very disappointed as I’d recommended previously but need to look for a replacement now.7th FebChanged my review to positive based on the follow-up and care of the company. Excelllent customer service deserves rewarding - best I can do is revert to a 5* rating for customer service in this case, and for the product in prior use cases.

I had high hopes for the case in both protection and aesthetics - showing the iPhones colours. In terms of protection it hits every mark and I would feel confident if I dropped the phone damage would be mitigated very well. The one issue I had though was in fitting the phone l, the side camera cover flap does not snap in neatly and when forced to close the joins are very visible and askew. (I had a clean phone with no other screen protector on that might impede fit). To me this is a major flaw in design and functionality and really upsets the overall aesthetic of the case. It is a shame as was I would otherwise be happy to promote - looking at other reviews it seems my issue is not widely experienced so this is only my view and experience.

I ordered this for my new phone to get in a case ASAP. It is easy enough to install, but has a few key flaws.1. The deal breaker for me is that, when in the case, the side buttons (power, volume, etc.) did not work. Pushing them did nothing. I thought the phone was broken until I took it out of the case and then they worked fine. I inspected them again multiple attempts of removing and reinserting the phone, but had the same issue. Sometimes I noticed they were pushing too hard on the screen, as the screen was distorted as if being squeezed too hard next to the buttons.2. As others have commented, the flaps don't look too secure. I could easily seem being a pain later in the product's life.3. The new camera button on the iPhone 16 is covered by a flap, which does not seem to make contact with the button. So, that button, too, is useless when the product is in the case.I am returning this same day, so I cannot speak to longevity. If it were designed in such a way that the button functioned correctly, it seems like a nice case. The phone fit perfectly otherwise and looked cool. But not being able to control volume, power, photos, or toggle silent mode on/off is a deal breaker.Note: I did try reaching out to customer service, but no one responded.
