The applicator dusts the guide coat on fine. I like that the powder adheres to body filler and metal. I couldn't get a good line without this stiff so I'm giving it five stars.

When you are finalizing your primer coats this is a great product to highlight defects and issues. It can get messy, but it helps you create an excellent base for a base coat. A product you need to achieve a quality result.

Goes on very well and is excellent to ensure a smooth surface preparation. Works well with wet sanding too. Lasts ages and surprisingly clean to work with.

This stuff is fantastic for helping get panels straight. I do auto body as a hobby and am getting great results. I can see highs and lows and missed pin holes etc.

This stuff is a must if doing bodywork, i use this stuff like crazy. Put some bodyfiller on, block it out, repeat until you think you have it almost perfect but still just a little more blocking, then put some of this all over the area and finish your blocking. If it all sands off evenly then you got some perfectly straight panels, if you have spots that are still black and the guide coat wasn't touched then its a low spot that will need more filler, or maybe you start sanding and only a couple spots start immediately sanding down fast then you know those spots are high. This is just a quick easy way to be able to clearly see if there are highs or lows.container works good and is convenient, great stuff

The applicator edges were all damaged like it had been trimmed with a pair or scissors. It’s actually too small because of the the damage. The first time I used it, the applicator pad came off and I had to reinstall it myself using a 3m adhesive.Given the cost I’m not overly impressed.
