Looked like neoprene in the pics but is actually a soft material batted with foam for a cushy feel which I like even better. Matches the other turquoise accents in my jeep

In the summertime, my shirts generally have a slightly lower neckline and the edge of my seatbelt was just annihilating my collarbone. And when you drive a minimum of 1,200 miles a week, it becomes a problem. I bought these because they were one of the only ones I found that were made of s softer fabric and not something neoprene-like. These work great however, I do wish they were a little bit cushier.
