I have very heavy grow lights on these, and they are strong enough to hold them up! All the others I tried would droop under the weight. Extremely happy with the purchase.

Seems to work fine. Fits in track somewhat. Can’t turn in completely but light works. It blinks when on a long time but may be the bulbs I bought separately and have nothing to do with the track head at all. Either way. I love these. Look great and now I can see much better in my house
