Easy install, Mishimoto quality. I have a Mishimoto radiator and hoses, and hot and cold side piping. Only regret is that I didn't closely inspect the pictures and Mishimoto changed the design a few years ago and no longer leaves these just aluminum. They powder coat them black or "silver", except the silver is really gray. I even called Mishimoto to verify. If it didn't cost so much to ship I'd swap it out with the black one, but it works and that's the important part.

Installation was simple and straightforward. This intercooler is silver powder coated, and looks great sitting behind the grill on my 08 F250. The fitment was good, however, the stock fuel cooler that mounts to the factory intercooler, does not match up with this Mishimoto intercooler at the bottom. My EGT's dropped by 60-80 degrees cruising, and around 100 degrees on full acceleration (in towing mode on my Black Maxx). Turbo response is slightly slower to spool, but it has made around town driving more enjoyable.Since the installation of the intercooler, my fuel mileage has gone up by .4 MPG (only been a few weeks). That doesn't seem like much, but this is on a truck with a 12" lift, on 40" M16 swamper tires. I hover right around 15.1 to 15.5 MPG before the intercooler install. So far, a great addition to my rig!

Fairly easy to install as an amateur. Be sure to remove the rubber bushings and mounts from the old intercooler and install them on the new one. There are 4 total if memory serves. This was installed with several other components but altogether I get very low EGTs and very much improved airflow.
