Our Story
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
In 1926, Miss Elaine began creating sleepwear and loungewear for women of all shapes and sizes that was not only beautiful and feminine, but comfortable and long-lasting, too. We soon became known for our quality craftsmanship, fine fabrics, and elegant details, including our classic embroidery and beautiful lace trims.

Our mission has remained the same since our founding: to create the highest quality, sleepwear and loungewear for women that is at once timeless and timely. Have several of these nightgowns. Love the feel after washing and are a nice full length. I up size only because I like the flowy feel and ease of moving once in bed.

This is a very nice gown and well made. I loved the simplicity of it. But, I’m a size 3X and it didn’t fit around the hips at all. Comfort is most important to me and gowns should be loose around the hips. Very disappointing

Tolles Teil, eigentlich wie von "Miss Elaine" gewohnt. Wer auf Nylon steht bekommt hier ein unheimlich angenehmes Material.

This nightgown is amazing- first of all, it is super flattering. It hugs all of the right curves :) Also, it is so soft that it feels like silk! It is the most comfortable material I have arguably ever felt and it feels like bliss against my skin. Perfect for sleeping :)It is also made of durable material. I do not see this tearing or fraying easily. It is quite high quality for the price. Just do not throw it in the dryer- lay it flat to air dry after washing on cold, delicate setting.I would say it is true to size, maybe a tiny bit on the larger side, which does not bother me. For length, it is pretty long, which I wanted. I am 5'2 and it hangs just above my ankles.Overall, highly recommend this nightgown for anyone looking for an affordable one that does not skimp on quality or comfort! I purchased in multiple colors in fact :)

This is a very nice nightgown. I ordered size Small, and the only downside was that it was too long. I am 5 feet 3 inches tall and the nightgown was down to my ankles. Since I prefer just below the knee, I had to shorten it. Otherwise, it is great - very soft, very slippery, and washes and dries easily without any fuss. The neckline is perfect with no itchy lace edges. I would definitely recommend this nightgown.
