I have been waiting for them to respond to me after admitting that the name that they wrote was incorrect. It’s been over 4 to 5 days. Over more than 48 hours. I’m really disappointed. I was hoping that they were going to be on top of it. Item seemed decent minus the name being wrong. And I ordered two of them so they split up my daughter’s name into two.Fixed and set a new one.
