This phone functioned well, however the software is proprietary according to Mitel and as such, this will not work for a SIP VOIP phone for business purposes, as I was hoping for. I needed to return this phone and upgrade to a 6867 or 6873 to get the features that I wanted for my SIP phone. This was a frustrating experience, but was ultimately due to me not doing my research before buying the product.

The numerical keypad on 1 of the 4 phones was not working properly. An easy fix!Low price for this kind of phones. Will order again if needed
