These look very very similar to the original mounts that came with my Dewalt stand. But, they have one significant flaw. There is a chrome rivet on the locking mechanism that protrudes out a bit from the black plastic pieces. When I depress the lever, the protruding rivet jams into the body of the clamp and prevents the lever from lowering and locking into place.I can use my finger to pry the locking lever back into place. However, if you are balancing a heavy tool on the stand, reaching down to lock the mount in place is pretty inconvenient.The red arrow in two of the photos shows the protruding rivet. The other photo shows the lever stuck in place.Other than the above issue, these are first rate. As I write this, the OEM version of these mounts are on sale and only a few buck more than these flawed knock offs.

These miter saw mounting brackets are well-built and make setting up and breaking down a miter saw much more efficient. The quick-release attachment clamps work smoothly, allowing the saw to be easily mounted and removed. The rigid polymer feet are a nice touch, letting you place the tool on a flat surface without worrying about scratches or instability.The brand of these brackets is not Dewalt but rather a third-party replacement part. Despite that, they appear solidly built and function like the original Dewalt DW7231 brackets. They fit well and feel sturdy. They are compatible with Dewalt miter saws, and many DeWalt saw stands. I installed it on my DWX723, and there were no issues with a DW780 saw. Installation is straightforward, and all the necessary hardware is included. The yellow powder-coated finish gives them a durable, professional look. These are a great buy if you need an extra set of brackets for multiple saws or quick swaps.
