hello.I purchased the above product, rented a self-service shop to work on it last Sunday, but the bolt holes didn't fit, so after a few tries, I put the old parts back in and finished the assembly. I spent $80 for the self-service shop.In the photo below, the driver's side of the car was not fitted from number 3, and the holes did not fit as shown in the picture, so I could not put the bolts in.I tried a couple of times and it still didn't fit. The valve cover was glued to the engine exactly, confirming that the other parts were not lifted.Has this happened before? When I get the part back, will it be sure to not have this problem? Please let me know how I should go about returning it, as I'm guessing the round trip shipping will be close to the value of the product.I haven't found a route to contact the seller anywhere else, so I'm writing this here.

Went on perfectly. Time will tell if they hold up but after a month not a drop. $90 compared to $900 for OEM is a no-brainer.

No leaks yet, fits perfect but donβt use the bolts given to you, use the oem ones that are already on the car or buy new oem bolts. The bolts are cheap and broke where the threads are when I was just tightening it snug with no torque. I got scared that the bolt would be stuck on the head. Lucky I was able to get the threads out of the car with a screw extractor but was really time consuming to not try to damage the head doing it.

Update - June 2024I work from home, so I barely use my car. Also, it had some overheating issues, and I had to replace the head gaskets. To my surprise, spark plug on cyl # 4 was soaked in engine oil. The seal gave up, after about 1000 miles of driving. Now I have to get a new set. Waste of money, unfortunately.direct fit for my 2008 EX35, solved a nasty oil leak pouring into the #5 cylinder's spark plug housing. Seems to be of good quality, will update if any issues arise after using it.

Got these for my 2007 G35 (VQ35HR). Quality of the covers appears to be very nice. We'll see how long the spark plug tube seals last, as that was the reason for this purchase (wasn't going to shell out $500 on oem). I would recommend using oem valve cover gaskets for a peace of mind. Will update the review if anything changes.
