I ordered the front valve cover for a 2010 Honda odyssey. As soon as I put the cover on my idle would fluctuate up and down. Took me forever to figure out the problem. This valve cover sucks too much air through the pcv valve hose. I think it’s pulling air directly from the crankcase and not metered through the pcv valve, causing the idle problem. I restricted the air and idle problem solved. Not sure the pcv valve is doing anything except plugging a hole.

The valve cover looks exactly like the picture. The casting and machine work was better than the factory valve cover my 2014 Odyssey came with. The factory cover developed a hole where it was machined right below one of the coil ports.
