It fits my subwoofer. I ordered 2 of them for $18 each. They do have double pack for $24. Wish I saw that earlier. So If you need double look around it should be there and you will save some money. They should have added that in option under the picture. However it is posted on amazon separately. I guess they make more money that way. Anyways, it fits and I am more than satisfied. Glue that came in a kit sets in quick. in about few minutes so Make sure you have it figured out how to go about it before applying it. This was my first refoam job so it was not the cleanest looking but it did the job. If you have MX-350 make sure the gasket of woofer inside the box is leak proof because it is a sealed enclosure so the woofer that sits on bottom needs to be air tight. And foam needs to be installed even on all sides. If you off, than the gasket that was on the speaker will not fit around the foam. Over all it worked for me and i just wish they had the foam in black color not dark gray.

Came quickly, fit perfectly, returned a vintage Volkswoofer to its former glory and it sounds better than it ever has since I have owned it! (I am second owner). Online video made it simple and the included written instructions would have been more than enough if I didn't have access to the videos.
