I absolutely love the look and the size. My issue with this bag is the zippers. I really struggle with zipping open and closing. This issue creates all kinds of barriers.

I bought this for my bestie as a Christmas gift. It was originally scheduled for Dec 25th delivery but came about 3 days early. Then I fell in love with the color and design.My disappointment are:1. The bag is smaller than I thought2. It is not Michael Kors but Marco by Michael Kors (still researching this)

The zipper on the backside of the small pocket (outside) broke and fell off in 22 months! Cheap!! I wasn't even pulling very hard to open. This is where I kept my cell phone. Had to pry it open to obtain my phone. Disappointed!!

Order this over a year ago and it’s still going strong this miniature size backpack is lovely for the holidays just in case you have a dog, a baby or small son this backpack would go far and strong so if you need something that stays steady for the winter months this is the choice for you.
