Picked up these sparing shorts in blue, size medium, for some workout sessions. The material feels high-quality and the fit is spot-on for a medium—airy and not at all restrictive.I took note that they lack pockets or a liner. While this makes sense for sparring-focused shorts, it limits their versatility for general workouts or casual wear.Overall, they're decent for their intended purpose, but if you're looking for multi-use shorts, you might want to consider other options.

Very good shorts for this price. They are true to the size, description, and other details shared on the listing. We got a size Medium.They are very roomy in the legs, with good lateral stretchiness and wide, sloping, tall side slits that even have a little extra overlap at the seam for extra movement without revealing much more leg.The fabric is nice and thick, so they aren't thin like running shorts or some basketball shorts. They are still soft and very comfortable.They have a very nice, wide/high waistband with plenty of room and a really long cord for plenty of adjustability. Depending on your waist/build, there may even be enough excess cord to cut.We got these for a kiddo who is growing and does jiu-jitsu. They are very pleased with them, and have plenty of room to continue growing into them, while using them now because of the flex and adjustability in the waist.A lot of MMA-style shorts are selling for $30 or more, with many brands going for over $50 even before you find some of the super well-known MMA brands. With these priced at $19.99 (at the time of writing), I consider them a very good deal for what you get—a comfortable, functional, very well-constructed short that is built with purpose.I recommend these shorts!

Okay material and work well for no gi BJJ. I got the black one and the material isn't see-through.I got a M to fit a 31" waist and it feels a size too big. However, the shorts stay on well and the drawstring keeps them in place. If I got these again, I'd go a size down.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but these turned out to be a seriously solid pair of shorts. I’m about 6' and 200 lbs, and the size Large fits me perfectly—especially through the thighs, which is usually the trouble spot for me. If you’ve got a thicker or more athletic build, you’ll probably appreciate how roomy and comfortable these feel.They're technically marketed for martial arts, but I use them for deep stretching and calisthenics, and they work great for that. The waistband is soft and secure, with drawstrings that make adjusting the fit super easy. I went with the white color, which I actually really like—it’s clean, fresh, and a nice break from my usual rotation of black and blue gym shorts.That said, the white is a little transparent, so keep that in mind. I wear them with compression shorts or spandex underneath when I need more coverage. If that's a concern for you, there’s a black and a blue option available too—those look more opaque from what I’ve seen. I still plan to keep the white pair because I genuinely like how they look.Overall, these are a great value for the price—comfortable, breathable, and surprisingly flattering. Would definitely recommend, especially if you’re built like me and need space to move.

These are good shorts. I just wish I was a bit more observant when i was ordering them and noticed they mentioned a "Regulation Compliant, Pocket-less design". If you were hoping for a pair of shorts you could wear to the gym that had a pocket for your keys, look elsewhere. If you are looking for shorts for MMA or for working out, where you have no need for a pocket, these are good. By the way, the sizing chart for this listing is a bit confusing. If you have a 36 - 40 inch waist, size Large will probably fit you fine. Scale up or down from there. 4/5
