I did not expect to enjoy these as much as I do. They're light, fairly comfortable, and protective enough without feeling like you're weighed down by standard shoes. The price is attractive, too! My only real complaint is that the edge of the tongue on the inside feels a little rough against the top of my foot, but I may just be a little sensitive there. I still love them and would recommend them to anyone seeking something similar, at least to give them a try.

I bought these shoes for my vacation driving the Pacific Coast highway. Last night we did over 12,000 steps in San Francisco up and down hills and my feet feel fantastic! Did not need breaking in at all. When we climbed down dirt hills to get closer views of the ocean it gave me great footing. I highly recommend!

I bought another pair first from another company which I love. These shoes cause my feet to sweat and the bottom of my feet get hot. Iām disappointed these shoes were about a third of the cost of the shoes from.HR.

I have owned other shoes like this over the years, and after my last ones wore out I was looking for a replacement when these became available. They are very much like many of the other low cost generic water or slipper type shoes in the $20-30 range. Except that I found that these MOCHINI shoes run a little smaller. About a size smaller I think. I'm a 12-12.5, and the 12s are almost too small for wearing with socks. (They did not have larger sizes available when I ordered)Are they amazing shoes that will rival a pair of Xero or Merrell Trail Gloves? No. But they aren't for that. They are basically some thin foot socks/gloves that have some tread with very little thickness to the sole. The majority of the thickness comes from the insole. These are VERY much water shoes as the insoles are designed as mostly a honeycomb of holes to let water through and dry quickly.I find them great for around the house as they are safer than socks on smooth floors. Also great for quick trips outside or casual walking if you are used to thin and minimal shoes. If you are looking for thick soles, arch support, or robust shoes to take hiking, keep looking. Otherwise, I would recommend these as a low cost option that are better than socks or bare feet!(I only review items that I really, ACTUALLY use. NEVER just opening the box and looking at it. Hope it's helpful!)
