Absolutely the most beautiful lighting in my home! Not gonna lie…the branches were not easy to put on in some cases! It was difficult to put the branches on without loosening or bending the already installed ones. Keeping the screws tight was also difficult for me but may not be the case for others that are putting the branches on.The sellers of the lighting also reached out to me letting me know they are there to help with the chandelier if needed! The lighting is very well made, I would highly recommend this beautiful chandelier to anyone looking for this kind of lighting for their home! Dimmable, 48 inches, would be beautiful in any room! We bought this chandelier for our hallway and it looks beautiful. Some of the glass dangling pieces were received broken. I tried contacting the seller for replacement but Amazon customer care was asking me to return the entire product which would cost me another $200 for uninstalling it. I thought it would be easy to get some damaged pieces replaced but looks its its not.Other than that I was able to build it myself and just took help of a professional to install it.

This is a beautiful chandelier. Very well made. It was well packaged with extra crystals and hardware. Very easy to assemble. You can attach the branches in different ways to achieve the look you want. It definitely brings softness and elegance to the room. Very fast delivery. I needed much longer cords since the ceiling is at 18ft. I contacted the seller who promptly added the item for me to purchase which was delivered just a few days later. Couldn’t be happier with this chandelier. The pictures don't do it justice. The customer service was outstanding as well.

This was one of my best buys of chandeliers I'm trying to change in my house. I was very worried that it might look cheap and have lower quality crystals. But it proved me wrong, meeting my every bit of high expectations. After we hang it, it is the best highlight of my main floor. I am so happy with it. Worth every bit I paid.It surely gave us few challenges. Installation is not easy, you need 2 , better 3, people to install it. And they better be strong. but most challenge came because it is a rectangle and needs precise orientation to be parallel to the table. If you have round one, you will save yourself a lot of trouble.We first assembled all the branches and put just one crystal line as a reference point to measure distance from top of the table. Then it came to hanging it to the ceiling, this is where trouble started. It is very heavy piece, you need strong person to hold it while another tries to secure it. Securing takes long, so be ready to hold the heavy piece for some time. You also need to decide approximate length of cables to hide the extra. We just rolled them and tied with zip ties, otherwise they just unwrap Immediately and don't stay in. In retrograde I understood that we had to measure exact locations of each screw hole or cable hole, but this was our first ever non-round piece, so we eyeballed it. And surely chandelier was diagonal and not parallel to the table. We had to take off and on again 3 more times when at last we hit the precise point. Took us two days. What is interesting, when we did third time and it looked parallel, after tweeking cable length to reach the distance we want, it got crooked again, so we had to take it off fourth time. But now we found the right spot. One thing to keep in mind, that, if the difference is very small to make it parallel, you can play with cables on the short sides to adjust the turn of chandelier to make it fully parallel, no neednto unscrew the base. We learned on this try, second time would be easier, knowing what to expect. Putting on crystals was quite quick. They had enough for every hole plus three extra. One crystal was chipped but having extra helped. In general all parts came nice and intact, just that one chip.After putting it on, I say wow wow wow, I love it I love it I love it.One more thing to keep in mind, that's the bulbs. We had hard time finding the right bulb based on picture. Plenty of x-ed ones, but not v-ed ones. I found one with right body but pin base, only one available and it also works. Just pay attention that the body is as shown in their picture. I added it to my photos. I got bright white light, but it's blinding because sockets don't hide it. Be careful with choice of light. I now found bulbs on Amazon that are soft white, hopefully they feel better.I wouldn't take any point away for challenges I mentioned because it seems that they should be expected with such big chandelier made with metal. The only suggestion would be if they made screw holes and cable exit holes aligned on the base, that would make it easier to align the chandelier on the ceiling.

There aren’t enough adjectives available to describe this stunning chandelier! We were looking at a real statement piece chandelier for our family room and had looked at several options before deciding on this one. As soon as we saw it, we knew this is the one. We absolutely fell in love with the design. It is such a unique look and fit our need of finding an “non-traditional” chandelier that still had the chandelier sparkle but was more organic in form. The chrome tree branches that served as the chandelier spine really helped achieve that and the crystals look like raindrops dancing against the branches. Beyond this, we were really impressed with the chandelier construction, quality, and packaging (not one singly crystal was broken!). Installation is not the easiest mainly because of the branches. This is definitely a 2 person job. Our recommendation is to make sure the branches (but not crystals) are screwed in, measure out the height of the wires, and then install the chandelier branch structure first. Then put each string of crystals on in stages. Also make sure to use dimmable G9 bulbs that are compatible with your dimmer switch. Overall, this is such a unique piece and looks a lot more expensive than it is - great value for the money and we can’t recommend it enough!
