I've been in the notary business since 2013 and bought many paper journals and I would say this is the best one.It has most of your standardized loan documents listed for you to check and it compatible with all states.I highly recommend.

This journal is so easy to use, and you only need one line for loan documents. It has most of the forms that are in closing documents, so you will save a lot of time without having to write each one out. There are spaces for the fee you will receive and when you are paid, and I write down the signing company and my mileage in the larger space. I highly recommend this to all notary signing agents.

So apparently there’s been some kind of readjusting within the organization who produces these journals because the oddest thing happened. When I went into my previous orders to reorder this journal I was sent the soft cover instead. I’ve never ordered the soft cover journal. I try to return it and I’m being charged to return it. Red flags go up immediately for me. Why do I have to pay to ship something back that I actually did not order? It was shipped in place of because the prices are closer in range compared to the new price for the hard cover journal, which is now $10 more plus the same shipping. Long story short I’m returning the soft cover and have just ordered the hard cover. I understand about supporting small business but I don’t agree with paying to ship something I didn’t originally order! I can’t go without the hard cover journal but I will reconsider next time.
