Headboard as shown, color exactly what is shown and very pretty in my bedroom. good for a man or woman. My cats also do NOT scratch this for some reason but they literally scratch everything else up. If you have cats and want them to stop scratching your headboard- get this. It adds a hint of luxury to your bedroom and is super easy to install.

I ordered a king (king/CA king) teal headboard and it is stunning. The color is beautiful and rich. The material is so nice, and the nail heads are shiny gold. I typically don't like shiny gold but they look awesome. It was easy to attach to my metal bedframe but didn't quite match up so I couldn't use all the screws. Still attached solidly. It is just barely tall enough because I have a thick mattress and box spring. It is very solid and well made and quite heavy. I definitely recommend this headboard!

This is a really nice headboard. I purchased the white color. My only concern was in looking at the picture I was expecting nail heads to be more of a silver or pewter color. They are a definite shiny gold. For the price point though you can beat this headboard. Very easy to put together, we used 2 people though.
